The forged steel valve is mainly used for cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium on the pipeline of various systems of thermal power station. Applicable medium: non-corrosive medium such as water and steam. Forged steel valves compared with other valve products are characterized by high temperature and high pressure, unique self-sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Forged steel valve structure advantage

1. Pressure self-tightening seal is adopted, and both ends of valve body branch pipe are welded.

2. The valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc are made of cobalt-based hard alloy by plasma spray welding, with good wear resistance and abrasion resistance.

3. The valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which has good anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion properties.

Mounting gap increases due to wear of parts.
