Overview of upswing discharge valve
The up-spreading discharge valve is mainly used for discharging materials at the bottom of reactors, tanks and other containers. It is welded to the bottom of tanks and other containers by means of the flange at the bottom of the valve, so as to eliminate the residual phenomenon of process media usually at the outlet of containers. According to the needs of the actual situation, the bottom structure is designed as a flat bottom, the valve body is v-shaped, and provides two working modes of lifting and dropping the disc. The valve body cavity is equipped with anti-erosion, anti-corrosion sealing ring, in the opening of the valve moment, can protect the valve body from medium erosion, corrosion, and special treatment of the sealing ring, so that the surface hardness reaches HRC56~62, with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance function. Disc seal is surfacing welded with hard alloy according to the need, the sealing pair adopts line seal to ensure the reliability of seal and prevent scarring. At the same time, take short stroke disc design. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, food processing and other industries. Various operating modes, such as manual, pneumatic (spring return type, double acting type, with and without handwheel), electric, hydraulic, gear, etc.
